Polluter Watch: Dump on Wetlands

     Someone has polluted the wetlands and protected waterway areas on the rear of Walmart's property.  This is not good.  Does anyone know how to contact Walmart to let them know someone polluted on their property in protected areas?

There is asphalt, containers, piles of dead branches, and an area covered by a plastic covering.  I wonder if there is anything under the plastic?
