  1. I guess there is no FREE advertising at the item?

You would think that with all the stories they have written about this issue that they would help you get your web site out there since there would probably be no story if it was not for YOUR hard work.

I find it strange that The Salem news is free to read on line and they post ALL comments (well almost all, they do remove the improper ones)in a timely manner, and are "PRO DEVELOPMENT".

Then you have the Item that charges for every thing they offer, they DON"T POST ALL COMMENTS and you are lucky if they post the ones they want within 36hrs and they are "ANTI DEVELOPMENT".

  2. I find the Item is pro-development. I mean they don't post everyone's letters to the editor against this development but the Salem News does I think. Is it cause Lowe's bought a full page ad in their paper? Who will ever know.

  3. It doesn't matter if your pro or anti development.

The problem is this development is not in the right place. It is causing larger than life impacts that cannot be minimized to an adequate level.

  4. I guess there needs to be money raised to buy ads in the paper? Too bad a bank has no history here.

  5. I meant Lowe's - Super Walmart - Kennedy Development Group and Mayor Kim STAY OUT OF THESE WOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and leave Camp Lion alone!

Mayor Kim lied in the papers recently when she said the deal was only private. It isn't. 4 acres is Salem's public parcel.

  6. Mayor Kim was invited by a Spring Pond Advocate to tour the woods, but she declined saying her schedule was booked. So you won't have a problem keeping Mayor Kim. But in this instance it is better if she did visit. But I know what you really mean.

  7. Government is a joke. With all the penalties and fees, they still don't prevent stuff like this from happening.

  8. No they will not be a good neighbor. Ask the people in Danvers how Lowe's ruined their neighborhood.

  9. Lowe's degraded a good Danvers neighborhood. They will do the same here. Making Walmart a super walmart will degrade things even more.

  10. Wake up Salem Ward 4 & 3!
Don't rely on others to stop this. Start voicing yourselves instead of just telling each other you don't want this project.
