Salem Public Hearing: City Council and Planning Board, Sept. 3, 2008
How zoning was decided upon to be reworked so Lowe's could enter an area where they couldn't, and 'the people won't have a voice' ( what is this argument about? ), and how Swampscott Rd. would of had 500 petitions ( really... none here huh?... we're moving towards the thousand. ), 'major concern is to be a good neighbor to City of Salem' ( so why are the residents being ignored, and what about Lynn? ), etc...

To classify a wetland so the seller or buyer would have 'no surprises'.... ( for real? )
