The following is a record of field sightings made by Leslie Courtemanche, a conservationist and author of two books written of Spring Pond. Leslie is also responsible for reporting 7 Potential Vernal Pools and 1 Certified Vernal Pool in these woods. The vernal pools may be seen on the Mass GIS maps here.
