Ground Cover

Some want these areas to become a parking lot.  The areas down hill will dry up or most likely become contaminated (the threat already began + here too).

There are wetlands here:  Spring Pond, marshes, ponds, streams, and potential vernal pools.  

This is a habitat for wildlife.
