Proposed land development.  The existing Walmart is black figure shown within the blue shaded area.   Please note topography of hills sloping down to Spring Pond. And Lowe's will be on the hill top.

Blue line shows proposed Project Parcel.

Yellow line denotes limit of current proposed development (for now).  Next slide indicates what might happen to the rest of the land in the future.  Please note, these are pristine wooded areas with wetlands.  Click on images to enlarge.

This next slide denotes protected pond, wetlands and watershed areas.   Areas in which the developments are looking to appeal the wetlands protection in the Salem Public Hearings... to build on.
