What does this mean, legally? Can the Lions be prohibited from selling off this treasured land? Were/Are they supposed to leave it as is? How can a non-profit organization with past good and noble intentions go so wrong? It seems like the community that once supported them and gave money, time and devotion are of little concern to the current Lions. Where have all the good and conscientious Lions gone?
to Anon 10:19, Oh, got it. Actually, I think the old Lions went to heaven--the current ones--the ones who are doing this smelly, rotten deal, may go in the opposite direction.
When is the new Walmart set to break ground. They told me they start blasting in June. At least behind the current one. Yippy 24/hr story would be grand! Maybe they will sell fish in little tanks from the drained spring pond!

ReplyDeleteOkay, your relatives donated to the Lions. Why does that warrant a "To hell, JoY"???? What's your position on this?
Joe of Yore,
ReplyDeleteYou asked "where have the Lions gone?".
To hell.
Sorry for the confusion.

The Lions should be ashamed of themselves!
